Welcome to DeciFrame, a business case management and project alignment platform provided by DeciFrame Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the DeciFrame platform ("Service"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

DeciFrame is intended for authorized users of subscribing organizations. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid user account associated with an organization to access the platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All actions under your account are your responsibility unless unauthorized access is proven.

3. Organizational Data

Your organization retains full ownership of business cases, project data, and internal information you upload. We act as a secure data processor on behalf of your organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform or its components.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other organizations' data.

5. Availability and Modifications

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or modify features at any time to improve performance or security.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms. Your organization may deactivate your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by your organization in the past 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be resolved in UK courts unless otherwise agreed.
